"Barneys will be host to a slew of designers, and, we hear, a Vogue editor or two. The Olsen Twins will visit to support their clothing line, The Row, while Alexander Wang will be spending part of his evening instructing shoppers on the art of runway modeling. Additional personal appearances include: Rag & Bone and Jonathan Adler. Lisa Perry who will launch her kid’s collection, plus Wool & the Gang designer knitting project – learn to knit with an easy to learn kit…knit a square to be included in a blanket to be sold to benefit the September 11th Memorial Fund. Plus, Behnaz Sarafpour will be setting up a miniature design studio at the store, complete with personalized sketches."

"BG restaurant at Bergdorf’s will host Isaac Mizrahi, shaking things up with his cabaret act accompanied by the Ben Waltzer Trio. Padma Lakshmi will be cooking at the Men’s store. Alexander Wang will also make a personal appearance."

"Saks will have 40 designers walking around the sales floors. There will be food, mani/pedis, and enough champagne to go around at Neiman Marcus."

"From 6-10 p.m., dozens of retailers and designers will be featuring perhaps one of a kind opportunities including parties, demonstrations (think: Alexander Wang himself giving runway lessons at Barneys), live music, meet and greets, and every other type of spending aphrodisiac beyond the mundane realm of discounting."

Full schedule will be released August 17th.
