Another UPDATE: Designers rally in support of Daniel Saynt's Haiti Efforts; Nicole Miller and Tia Cibani join the cause

Re: this post.

To quickly recap, fashion editor Daniel Saynt will be auctioning of his Fashion Week seats this season, with proceeds going to Haiti Relief. Saynt is asking designers to donate seats to their shows for auction.

I am in full support of what Saynt is doing to help raise money and awareness for Haiti, and will continue to update you as I get the info. This is a such a great way to do something on a global level; New York Fashion Week is read about, watched, and participated in by people throughout the world, and not limited just to those of us who live here.

For that reason, it's a brilliant gesture, and those who have been taking digs at him in the press for "seeking publicity", IMO are just jealous that they didn't think of it first. Jealousy is unattractive, sweetheart.

"I just wanted to take an opportunity to praise the following designers for allowing me to donate my fashion week tickets to help raise funds for Haitian Relief.

Marc Jacobs is offering One Ticket
Adam Lippes is offering Two Tickets
Nicole Miller is offering One Ticket
Ports 1961 is offering Two Tickets

All of these designers deserve your special attention for doing something amazing to help in our Haitian Relief efforts.

Read more on the press we've received due to our efforts.
